   Meeting fees for attendees include all sessions and educational materials, the continental    breakfasts and lunches during the meeting, and the Opening Reception on Friday evening.

 

   Guest Meeting Fees:             $130.00

  

   Meeting fees for guests include continental breakfasts on Friday and Saturday, and the Opening    Reception on Friday evening.
 
   All meeting registration fees must be paid in full prior to the event. Fees cover the full    program only. There are no single day registration.
 

   Optional Nurse Practicum at FCI on Sunday, June 8, 2008 (no added cost)
   A mix of interactive discussions and workshops will be available to a limited number of nurse    attendees at the MRS on a first-come, first-served basis. All nurse registrants will be contacted;    OR call 888.MBM.MTGS ext. 24 or 847-478-5200 ext.24 for more information.

Its recently renovated rooms offer stunning city views. 

   A specially negotiated rate of $259  plus 15.4% local taxes can be obtained by completing the    registration process no later than May 21, 2008.  Hotel availability for registrations received after    May 21, 2008 cannot be guaranteed.

 

Payment and Cancellation Policy

   Cancellations received prior to May 16, 2008 will receive a partial refund (85%) of the registration    fee. Cancellations after that date will forfeit the registration fee. Please see the Payment and    Cancellation Policy on the meeting website for more information.   

   Hotel cancellations are subject to the fees imposed by the Marriott Chicago Downtown    Magnificent Mile Hotel and are the responsibility of the attendee.
