Physicians
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of Nova Southeastern University Health Professions Division, Academic Services Connection, Inc., and the Fertility Clinics of Illinois. Nova Southeastern University Health Professions Division is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians and takes responsibility for the content, quality, and scientific integrity of this CME activity. Nova Southeastern University Health Professions Division designates this educational activity for a maximum of 14 hours in Category 1 credit towards the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award. Each physician should claim only those hours of credit actually spent in the educational activity.

 

Nurses
Certification provided by IVPCARE Reproductive Health Services. Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider number CEP12971 for up to 15.8 contact hours. For questions regarding contact hours, refer to your respective licensing authority.

 

Laboratory Professionals

The American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB) designates this educational activity for a maximum of 1.4 CEUs (14 contact hours) for laboratory professionals [American Board of Bioanalysis – Professional Enrichment Educational Renewal Approval ID #12-9010549]. Each laboratory professional should claim only those hours of credit actually spent in the educational activity.
